OAKLAND — A 29-year-old Hayward man who told police he was shot Thursday night in Jack London Square was in stable condition at a San Francisco hospital, authorities said Friday.Oakland police were called to the San Francisco hospital about 11:30 p.m. Thursday.The Hayward man, who had a gunshot wound to the heel, told officers he had just left a bar in the 300 block of Broadway about 10:30 p.m. and was walking to his girlfriend’s car a short distance away when he heard multiple gunshots and realized he had been shot.The man’s girlfriend drove him to the San Francisco hospital, authorities said.
