NYSP: Albany man goes 120 MPH trying to flee police ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- An Albany man was arrested following a car chase where he allegedly drove over 120 miles per hour (MPH) to flee police. On April 17, around 4:13 a.m., troopers tried to pull over a car on I-87 in Malta for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Police say the driver didn't comply, and a pursuit was initiated. The driver allegedly drove over 120 MPH and the pursuit was terminated due to public safety concerns. A short time later, however, troopers say they found Willingham pulling into an Albany residence and was identified. New cannabis dispensary opens in Pittsfield PITTSFIELD, Mass. (NEWS10) -- Potency, a recreational cannabis dispensary, has opened its doors in Pittsfield. Three hospitalized after Watervliet structure fire WATERVLIET, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Three people were hospitalized after a structure fire Sunday night which required multiple crews to fight. According to Watervliet Professional Firefighters Local 590, the fire took place around 5:40 p.m. Get the latest, news, weather, sports and community events delivered right to your inbox! Firefighters say they received multiple calls regarding the fire, and police were alerted as well with three people potentially trapped. A second alarm was called to Troy along with mutual aid. Firefighters say once they arrived, there was a heavy fire protruding from multiple windows. The fire was under control within 30 minutes and an extensive overall was needed. Schenectady Police investigate shots fired on Crane Street Firefighters say three people were hospitalized, two being children. They did not mention their current condition. Fire investigators stayed on the scene until roughly 11 p.m.
